Planbook is designed to keep you aware of your overall homeschool status.<\/li>\n<li>The Calendar will reset &#8220;today&#8217;s&#8221; date each day, but keep all other selections (e.g. View, Students, Types, Display, and Colors) the same since those selections are prominently displayed at the top of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\">What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0While numerous scenarios exist for the need of this feature, the short answer is this: Reduce clicks to re-load the data you were viewing and therefore reduce time to track and record.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Time Spent Standardized<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0In a previous release, the &#8220;Time Spent&#8221; field in lesson plans were converted from &#8220;total minutes&#8221; to &#8220;hours&#8221; and &#8220;minutes&#8221;. Now, other sections were converted to use &#8220;hours&#8221; and &#8220;minutes&#8221; instead of &#8220;total minutes&#8221;. These sections are Create-A-Plan, Reading Logs, Lesson Plan Bulk Update, and Planbook.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works.\u00a0<\/strong>Instead on entering total minutes, enter time in hours and minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\">What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0To better assist members with data entry that matches (generally speaking) how people track and record time and to keep overall application consistent with data entry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Foreign\u00a0<\/strong><strong>(non-USA)\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Address in Reports<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0 The &#8220;Course Description&#8221; and &#8220;Instructional Hours&#8221; reports now display additional school address information to support foreign addresses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works.<\/strong>\u00a0These 2 reports now support international addressing based on use of address line 1, line 2, city, (empty state), and country.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 20px;\">What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0As My School Year expands its reach internationally, we needed to support homeschoolers through out the world. Report Cards and Transcripts were updated previously, and this update completes the enhancement across all reports that show addresses.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font-headlines\"><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #353535; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 2rem;\">System Adjustments<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In every software system in the world, the need to make tweaks\u00a0will always exist.
