Planbook: UNDO<\/h2>\n

What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0When going through Planbook, particularly when the mode is set to “done” or “grade”, one can unintentionally update a different lesson. The UNDO feature resets the lesson to the values before the change occurred.<\/p>\n

How it works. <\/strong>Open the Planbook. Make changes in any mode (edit, done, or grade) and click “save” (for “edit” mode only). The notification bar at the top of the screen will now display an “UNDO” button and countdown timer.\u00a0 Click the “UNDO” button before the timer ends to reset that lesson plan to the way it was before the save occurred.<\/p>\n

Planbook Undo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0While Planbook speeds up grading lessons, one might also adjust a lesson they did not mean to. This UNDO feature allows a member to reset the lesson.<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>If timer runs out, you can still “undo” your changes by going into the lesson directly. This option is always available.<\/p>\n

Copy Lesson Plans: Duplicate Dates a.k.a. Twin Copy<\/h2>\n

What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0Copy Lesson Plans now has option to copy the EXACT<\/strong> dates as the “copy from” lessons.<\/p>\n

How it works.\u00a0<\/strong>On the Copy Lessons, Step 2, you can now select between Set NEW Dates<\/strong>\u00a0and Copy EXACT Dates<\/strong>. The Set NEW Dates<\/strong>\u00a0is the default selection and generates new dates based on your class\/term\/copy options.<\/p>\n

The new\u00a0Copy EXACT Dates<\/strong>\u00a0will copy each “Copy From” lesson’s\u00a0date<\/em> and sequence\u00a0order<\/em> without any changes.<\/p>\n

What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0Many members utilize the same lesson plans for multiple children during the year. Previously, if date adjustments were made to one student and then copied, those adjustments might be lost. With the\u00a0Copy EXACT Dates<\/strong> option, those dates and sequence orders are preserved.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create-A-Plan: Edit Lesson Name Pattern<\/h2>\n

What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0When entering multiple Lesson Name Patterns, you can edit a previously entered one.<\/p>\n

How it works.\u00a0<\/strong>Just select the textbox and overwrite your previous value.<\/p>\n

What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0Previously, if a mistake was made during entry, the entire pattern series might have had to be re-typed. This feature allows you to make adjustments to previously entered values without having to re-type the entire pattern set.<\/span><\/p>\n
