Lesson Plan Tool: Bulk Update<\/h2>\n

What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0The Lesson Plan list page now has a “bulk update” tool that allows you to search and update multiple lessons at one time.<\/p>\n

How it works.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on the\u00a0Tools<\/em> button located within the\u00a0Mode<\/em> toolbar.<\/p>\n

Then click the\u00a0Bulk Update\u00a0<\/em>option. You may optionally enter search criteria for lessons (as shown). Finally, click\u00a0Preview\u00a0<\/em>to see which lessons will be affected.<\/p>\n

You can mark lessons to UPDATE\u00a0<\/i>or No Change<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Finally, you can select one or more options to update across all selected lesson plans. Clicking the update\u00a0<\/i>button will apply those changes to the selected lessons. A final confirmation screen is presented to ensure the lessons should be updated.<\/p>\n
