You can set which day or days of the week it occurs as well as the time slot it typically takes. Those times are now used\u00a0when that Event is displayed on the Calendar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/EventTime.jpg\" alt=\"New Event Time Setting\" width=\"481\" height=\"61\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/EventTime.jpg 481w, https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/EventTime-300x38.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 481px) 100vw, 481px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works.<\/strong>\u00a0If you enter in a specific time or time range of an event, the event will appear on the Calendar within that specified time slot. Previously, events were listed under the &#8220;all day&#8221; section of the Calendar. The option to keep the Event as an &#8220;all day&#8221; event is still available. To accomplish that, either leave the Event Time fields\u00a0blank or set both times to 12:00 AM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Calendar:\u00a0Day Off Designation<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0The Calendar displays the designation on your Scheduled Days Off\u00a0.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1052\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1052\" style=\"width: 954px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1052\" src=\"https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CalendarDayOff.jpg\" alt=\"Scheduled Days Off Appear on the Calendar\" width=\"954\" height=\"657\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CalendarDayOff.jpg 954w, https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CalendarDayOff-300x207.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CalendarDayOff-768x529.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CalendarDayOff-600x413.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.myschoolyear.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/CalendarDayOff-726x500.jpg 726w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 954px) 100vw, 954px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1052\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Scheduled Days Off Appear on the Calendar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>How it works.<\/strong>\u00a0When you set up your Term and provide a list of Scheduled Days Off, the Calendar will now display those days off.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Extra Curricular Activity Report Enhanced<\/h2>\n<p><strong>What is it?<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0Extra Curricular Activity report was enhanced in 2 ways.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When creating a report, you can now use our new buttons of &#8220;<strong>select all<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>un-select all<\/strong>&#8221; for Activity\u00a0Types.<\/li>\n<li>Extra Curricular Activities can now be grouped by <strong>Activity\u00a0Type<\/strong> or by <strong>End Date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>How it works.<\/strong>\u00a0Please see corresponding numbered\u00a0points.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When you click &#8220;<strong>select all<\/strong>&#8221; volunteer types, all activity\u00a0types will be selected and will be included in the report. When you click &#8220;<strong>un-select all<\/strong>&#8221; activity\u00a0types, all activity\u00a0types will be excluded from the report.<\/li>\n<li>By selecting &#8220;<strong>By End Date<\/strong>&#8221; report type, all activities will be grouped by the year the activity ended. This report type\u00a0is helpful when a chronology of activities is needed, e.g. college and scholarship applications. By selecting <strong>&#8220;By Type&#8221;<\/strong> report type, all activities will be grouped by the activity\u00a0type that it is classified by, e.g. Organization, Volunteer, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>What is this for?<\/strong>\u00a0Please see corresponding numbered\u00a0points.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Makes it easier and quicker to create report.<\/li>\n<li>More applicable for real-life situations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #353535; font-size: 2rem;\">System Adjustments<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In every software system in the world, the need to make tweaks\u00a0will always exist.
